The study or audit is an analysis carried out by one or more experts, with an impartial and independent eye, on a specific aspect of the business. The auditor will assess, investigate, but also verify and control specific elements. This "Observation" is a tool for improvement much more than a tool for sanction, which makes it possible to detect the strong points and the weak points, and to measure the efforts to be carried out to achieve better results.

It is very important to understand the inner workings of the business. We could compare ourselves to investigators who constantly question the different actor of the structure to immerse themselves in all of the activities and the mode of operation of the company.
We try to put ourselves in the place of the actor, employment, manager but of course the client.
